12 weeks of recorded & live body coaching to include coaching on workouts, nutrition and recovery to create the body you want.
12 week workout plan including 'how to' for every move.
50 live workouts opportunities (most Monday - Fridays on Zoom for 12 weeks). Recordings also available if you can't attend live.
12 guided yoga sessions to attend on demand
